Leveraging Our Past To Grow The Future
Learn About and Tour Over The Rhine's Latest Redevelopment Treasures
Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC), the city of Cincinnati and local developers have invested over $130 million in redevelopment efforts in Over-the-Rhine (OTR) over the last 7 years. This significant reinvestment into one of the city's most historical neighborhoods has resulted in the development nearly 400 units and over 100,000 square feet in commercial space, with an impressive roster of new tenants.
You will learn about the future vision for OTR including plans underway for Washington Park, and the continued attraction of the Gateway Quarter for mixed used developments, from the following panelists, who have been focused on redeveloping the neighborhood and strengthening Cincinnati's urban core.
A tour of some of the most recent developments will follow.

Chad Munitz

Development (3CDC)
Chad joined 3CDC in August 2006 as Executive Vice President for Development, managing and overseeing 3CDC's development activities downtown and in Over-the-Rhine. Munitz previously worked as director of economic development for the City of Cincinnati, serving as the primary point of contact with the City for developers and businesses. Prior to his role with the city, Munitz served as the assistant deputy director and the Governor's regional economic development representative at the Ohio Department of Development in Columbus.
Rick Kimbler
President and Managing Partner
NorthPointe Group
Prior to leading the NorthPointe Group, Rick served as a Vice President of Development for Al Neyer Inc. for seven years. Rick has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate construction and development, including property acquisition, financial analysis, zoning, leasing and sales. Rick holds a BBA in Accounting and a MBA in Management from the University of Cincinnati.
Lasserre Bradley III
Senior Project Manager
The Model Group
Lasserre has over 13 years experience in residential, commercial and institutional real estate design, development and sales. Prior to joining The Model Group, Lasserre served as Project Manager with Ackermann Group, developing riverfront and urban condominiums and Class A Office space. His responsibilities with Model Group include all phases of the real estate development process including design, financial analysis, construction, leasing and sales. Lasserre holds a BSLA in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky.
